IFLOWMAG.COM WEBSITE TERMS OF USE 

By accepting iFLOW Magazine’s Terms of Use through your use of IFLOWMAG.COM website, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.  If you are under age 18, but is at least the age of 16 years of age, you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.  

IFLOWMAG.COM  is a site for entertainment purposes only and does not hold responsibility to the opinions or comments of its users and guests, and interviewees. IFLOWMAG.COM does not intentionally collect or display personal information about teens and children under age 18 unless that child is professionally servicing the sports, music, and entertainment industry and with written consent by their record label, manager, and/or agents. Teenagers under age 16 may not browse IFLOWMAG.COM regardless of parental consent as this site occasionally displays articles with explicit language and sexual expressions that are directed specifically for the viewer ship of adults 18 and older.  

If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms of Use for the benefit of a child between the age of 16 and 18, please be advised that you are fully responsible for his/her use of IFLOWMAG.COM website; which includes all financial charges and legal liability that he/she may incur. PRICING INFORMATION 

While IFLOWMAG.COM strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur.  In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, IFLOWMAG.COM shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.  In the event that an item is mispriced, IFLOWAMG.COM may, at our discretion, either contact your for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

iFLOW Magazine strives to provide you with the most competitive prices possible on IFLOWMAG.COM that is comparable to services and subscriptions provided by other publications and what is sold during our venues. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price sold during our venue during special promotions.  Our venue promotions do not apply to what is being sold online at IFLOWMAG.COM. Our venues do not honor internet pricing or competitor advertisements. 

BILLING INFORMATION 

All billing, subscription, credit card, and registration information provided to 2CheckOut.com on IFLOWMAG.COM’s behalf must be truthful and accurate. Providing any inaccurate or dishonest information may constitute a breach of these Terms of Use. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) requested. 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE 

Please make note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.  For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped.  Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.  We may also require additional information or verifications before accepting any order.  We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.  If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. 

IFLOWMAG.COM reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.  These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.  We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. IFLOWMAG.COM reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers and certain distributors.
