iFLOW Magazine respects your right to change your mind about our product(s) and we are eager to cater to your need.  Please read our subscription and return policy carefully to ensure that your requests and concerns are handled properly. 

1.  RETURN ON SINGLE ISSUE PURCHASES 

There are no refunds or returns on purchases of single copies of iFLOW Magazine regardless if purchased via credit card, cash, or check. The sale is final. If you received our publication damaged and unreadable, we will replace it with the exact same issue. If you purchased iFLOW directly from our website, You must make your request within 7 business days (not including weekends) after your initial purchase. If the item is out of stock you will be notified in writing and will be allowed a credit of equal value to obtain a copy of the next printed publication of iFLOW. You must have your receipt. 2. RETURN ON ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTIONS 

iFLOW Magazine is primarily sold directly at advertised venues and online at www.iflowmag.com. Your subscription begins at the moment your payment is received. An 8 – 10 week delay is required for a 1 year subscription of iFLOW because it is a bi-monthly publication that releases six (6) printed issues per year.

Credit Card:  There is a 30-day refund policy from the initial date of your credit and debit card purchase from iFLOW Magazine’s website. There will be no refunds at the expiration of your 30 days. However, you will be allowed to cancel at any time from receiving iFLOW during the one year period. Your electronic receipt will be required

Cash Purchases:  You must have your receipt that contains your given customer code in order to be refunded. If you have subscribed for iFLOW during a promotion at any venue and you paid cash, you have 30 days to request a refund from the actual date of your subscription. However, please allow a minimum of 30 days from the actual date we have received your request to process your refund. There will be no refunds at the expiration of your 30 days. However, you will be allowed to cancel at any time from receiving iFLOW during the one year period.   

Check Purchases:  If you have subscribed for iFLOW during a promotion at any venue and you paid by check or money order, you must allow 5-7 business days (depending on your bank) to allow the check to clear. On the seventh day, you will have 30 days to request a refund. If there are insufficient funds to cover your purchase, you will be required to pay $35.00 for non sufficient fund fee to cover the expense of your cancellation. There will be no refunds at the expiration of your 30 days.  

3. ERROR-RELATED REFUNDS 

If there is an error on the part of staff and representatives of iFLOW Magazine that is related to your t purchase, we will work to correct the problem and will also provide you the opportunity to receive the next advertisement and subscription of equal value for free. Advertising customers will be republished in a later issue of iFLOW at no additional cost. Subscription consumers will be provided a credit of equal value of his/her current subscription for future use. Refunds will be granted if a credit is not preferred and our error has not been corrected.

 4. EXCHANGE POLICY 

An exchange will be allowed for products that may have been received damaged or missing of pages when it was received. The damaged publication must be returned by mail to iFLOW Magazine, C/o Exchange, PO Box 3776, Union, NJ 07083 in order to get a new copy of the same issue.
