IFLOW CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY

 

No employee or participant of iFLOWMAG.COM or iFLOW Magazine shall use this website or any materials used by iFLOW Magazine and our websites for their personal gain for any reason.  

Upon disclosure of employment  or association with the Magazine and it affiliates, it is a requirement that personal interests shall be disclosed. It is a conflict of interest to use the resources of iFLOW Magazine and its subsidiaries (including but not limited to postage and supplies, office supplies, generated contact lists (both physical and electronic),  and telephone services) to fund your personal interests. 

All volunteers  and employees of iFLOW Cares charity division will be a representative of iFLOW Cares while conducting services to other community charity and non-for-profit organizations while conducting such work.  However, your skill sets and employment background will be made known to these originations as an avenue to meet their requirements and to validate your competency for such service you are volunteering.  

All pertinent information held within iFLOW Magazine and subsidiaries are deemed highly confidential and will only be released to individuals on a need-to-know basis. No volunteer, intern, employee, or member are to collect confidential information of customers or business affiliates for your personal or private solicitation during the term of your appointment with our company.
